We're hiring: Digital Project Manager

At THE CURIOUS, we're an independent creative digital marketing agency based in the heart of Shrewsbury. Our open-plan studio is filled with natural light, high ceilings, and a vibrant, collaborative atmosphere that fosters creativity and connection. We're passionate about pushing boundaries, solving problems creatively, and delivering impactful results for our clients.

We're looking for an organised and proactive Digital Project Manager to join our web design and digital team.

You'll be responsible for keeping projects on track, managing scope, and maintaining strong relationships with clients throughout the project lifecycle. From initial kick-off to final launch, you'll ensure deadlines are met, teams are aligned, and clients are kept informed every step of the way. If you thrive on organisation, enjoy client communication, and love seeing digital projects come to life, we want to hear from you.

What we're looking for:

  • 1+ years of project management or client-facing experience (ideally within a digital or creative agency environment)
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence speaking with clients
  • A keen eye for detail and quality when reviewing digital work
  • A proactive, solution-oriented approach to problem-solving
  • Passion for web design and digital projects
  • Ability to work on-site in Shrewsbury

What you'll be doing:

  • Managing project schedules and ensuring deadlines are met
  • Tracking client requests against the agreed scope of work
  • Communicating regularly with clients via phone, email, and meetings
  • Providing status updates, gathering required information, and coordinating launch schedules
  • Keeping internal team members on track and aligned with project goals
  • Presenting project progress and deliverables to clients
  • Reviewing websites and providing constructive feedback to developers
  • Helping to create initial wireframes to guide the design process

Bonus (but not essential):

  • An understanding of UX/UI design principles (don't worry if you're not there yet – we're happy to teach the right person)
