Relationship & Growth Manager

Role Purpose:
The Relationship & Growth Manager will lead Pure's business growth by successfully building strategic relationships with commissioners, funders and stakeholders, which will develop firm foundations for new business, transforming these into tangible new business ventures for Pure Innovations.
The post holder will lead the entire bidding lifecycle, ensuring that all submissions are accurately costed, creating content through to appropriate sign-off; managing the process through effective project management.
This role will align growth initiatives with our organisational strategy and social value commitments.
Responsibilities:
Core Responsibilities:
- Work across the organisation to ensure a proactive business growth vision, in line with, and contributing to the Pure Innovations Strategic Objectives.
- Lead on the delivery of new business by continually horizon scanning for opportunities, exploring tendering options, reviewing trend data and supporting market analysis to present those viable options to the business.
- Support and lead Senior Leadership Team in building relationships with commissioners, funders and partners and exploring opportunities for earning income to meet Pure Innovations' ambitions.
- Produce and present outcome-focused reports, where required including the Business Growth Dashboard for the Leadership Teams.
- Be innovative and creative in delivering outcomes to support growth across the group ensuring corporate resources are used to greatest effect.
Additional Responsibilities:
- To undertake and contribute to appropriate training
- To participate in conferences, courses and training events as required
- To maintain an up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation and service developments and to adhere to all appropriate policies, procedures and guidelines
- To uphold, understand and adhere to all policies and procedures identified by Pure Innovations Ltd
- To uphold Pure's key values Respectful, Aspirational, Responsive and Inclusive in everything we do
- Any other reasonable tasks as directed by your line manager.
