Job Summary
Quickparts seeks a Program Manager to lead technical programs from inception to delivery across multi-site manufacturing operations. You will be the primary interface between customers and our engineering, sourcing, quality, and finance teams—owning the complete program life cycle, defining scope, managing resources, and ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery. Key Responsibilities
Technical Project Leadership
- RFQ Scoping and Analysis: Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to develop timelines and detailed technical specifications aligned to customer needs and deadlines.
- Define program scope, milestones, KPIs, and resource plans to meet technical and business objectives.
- Provide technical leadership to cross-functional teams to ensure engineering and production processes meet quality standards.
End-to-End Program Execution
- Lead comprehensive program planning, focusing on technical milestones, risk management, and execution across multiple sites.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including technical specifications, engineering changes, compliance reports, and status updates.
- Act as the technical liaison with customers, clearly communicating complex concepts and program updates throughout all phases.
Performance, Logistics & Continuous Improvement
- Establish and track KPIs for technical deliverables, production efficiency, and quality metrics; drive improvements through data analysis.
- Lead technical audits, identify process enhancements, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to meet industry standards.
- Oversee program progress using ERP/CRM systems to ensure on-time delivery and adherence to specifications.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of program management experience in a manufacturing environment with strong technical leadership.
- Proven track record of achieving technical milestones and deadlines across multi-phase programs.
- Expertise with ERP and CRM systems; proficiency in program management software and data-driven decision-making.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and technical problem-solving skills; adept in Agile and Waterfall methodologies for technical programs.
- Experience with CAD software for reviewing and analyzing customer parts.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, including the ability to convey complex technical information to diverse stakeholders.
- Industry experience in injection molding, CNC, rapid prototyping, and digital manufacturing is essential.
