LUNCHTIME COVER FRONT OF HOUSE

Do you want to earn extra money in your lunch break? Are you in or near EC3? We are looking for a high calibre, professional and welcoming FOH for a busy luxury office building in the City to cover a hour's lunchtime slot.

The hours are 1pm-2pm (can be flexible on timing) Monday - Friday (5 hours a week) The role is available immediately.

Key reception responsibilities:

  • Meeting and greeting visitors with a helpful and positive attitude.
  • Supporting tenants and reporting any problems to the property manager/facilities manager.
  • Excellent communication skills are required with good customer service skills.
  • Frequent use of Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • Taking pride in the reception area and making sure it's kept clean and tidy at all times.
  • Primary point of contact for the property's authorised contractors/sub-contractors and assisting when required.
  • Managing deliveries/ taking messages.

You must have:

  • Proven front of house experience in a high end corporate environment
  • Impeccable personal presentation
  • A friendly, welcoming disposition (interpersonal skills)
  • Reliable and professional at all times
  • Excellent written and fluent verbal communication in English

An SIA Licence would be advantageous.
