We're seeking a dynamic
Technical Program Manager
to lead one of our Geo Expansion initiatives - bringing new products and packages to emerging markets. This role blends deep technical understanding with strategic program leadership, guiding complex, cross-functional efforts from discovery through execution and go-to-market.

You'll collaborate closely with Product Managers to define the optimal path to market success, aligning engineering, applied science, sales, marketing, user research, legal, and other stakeholders. You'll champion transparency, proactively manage risks, and communicate progress clearly across audiences.

In This Role, You Will

  • Build and lead cross-functional core teams to drive program execution across multiple workstreams.
  • Ensure timely delivery of internal and external commitments with a focus on quality, customer and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain detailed program plans, roadmaps, and timelines to guide execution.
  • Lead quarterly and program-level planning cycles, aligning priorities across teams.
  • Proactively remove obstacles to drive momentum and progress by identifying communication gaps, managing escalations and helping the teams to clarify competing priorities.
  • Foster alignment across stakeholders, facilitate decision-making, and maintain clear, consistent communication.
  • Proactively manage interdependencies, risks, and blockers across teams and functions.
  • Own and continuously improve internal processes and tools by applying industry best practices.
  • Oversee audit and certification activities, including vendor coordination, audit planning, and stakeholder onboarding.
  • Drive internal communications—such as newsletters and updates—to increase visibility and celebrate team achievements.

Essential Skills And Experience

  • 4-5 years of experience and proven track record leading complex technical programs from concept through to launch, across diverse software development environments, working with distributed teams.
  • Experienced in launching products in new markets, assessing regulatory, operational, and market-entry risks early—and implementing strategies to mitigate them effectively.
  • Skilled communicator with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences—translating complex technical topics into clear, accessible language that drives alignment and understanding.
  • Fluent in both technical and business domains, adept at bridging the gap between engineering and non-technical stakeholders by articulating intricate ideas in straightforward terms.
  • Well-versed in agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle (SDLC), with hands-on experience driving iterative delivery and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Solid understanding of SaaS architecture, deployment models, and operational principles.

Desirable Experience

  • Comfortable navigating regulatory frameworks, working closely with legal teams and interpreting complex compliance requirements without being overwhelmed by legal or policy-heavy contexts.
  • Experience working in global or multicultural environments within tightly regulated industries such as banking and fintech.

Bonus point

  • In addition to English as the primary working language, possesses proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese.
