Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Regional Manager role located in Carlisle. The Regional Manager will oversee daily operations across multiple store locations, ensuring high standards of customer service, sales performance, and team efficiency. Key responsibilities include managing staff, implementing company policies, driving sales targets, analyzing regional performance metrics, and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and clients to optimize operations.

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership and team management skills with experience in supervising retail teams
  • Strong knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and visual merchandising
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer relationship management skills
  • Analytical abilities and proficiency in using tools to assess sales data and regional performance
  • Ability to implement operational strategies and drive sales performance
  • Familiarity with the flooring industry or similar sectors is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred but not required)
  • Willingness to travel within the region as needed
