Hours: 40 hours per week across Monday-Sunday

Role Overview:

As a Furniture Consultant, you'll take full ownership of the Enfield showroom, driving both its commercial success and operational excellence. You'll be responsible for creating an exceptional customer experience from the moment visitors step through the door, managing all aspects of showroom operations to consistently exceed sales targets. While your primary focus will be on showroom management, you'll also provide support through phone sales when needed, ensuring every customer touchpoint reflects Bridgman's commitment to luxury and service. You'll be the face of Bridgman in Enfield, building lasting relationships with customers and creating an environment where both your team and customers thrive.

Your Responsibilities:

· Showroom Leadership: Take full ownership of the Enfield showroom, managing day-to-day operations and ensuring the space consistently delivers a world-class customer experience.

· Sales Targets: Drive and exceed revenue targets for the showroom, taking accountability for commercial performance across both face-to-face and phone sales.

· Showroom Excellence: Oversee all aspects of merchandising, visual presentation, and operational standards, ensuring the showroom is always immaculate and inviting.

· Customer-Centric Service: Deliver personalised, high-touch service that delights customers and builds loyalty, creating memorable experiences that drive repeat business.

· Phone Sales Support: Handle inbound and outbound calls as needed, guiding remote customers through product selections, answering queries, and closing sales to support the broader business.

· Operational Excellence: Maintain impeccable stock knowledge, ensure CRM accuracy, manage inventory levels, and implement processes that drive efficiency and consistency.

· Ambassadorship: Represent Bridgman's values and commitment to quality in every interaction, sharing deep product knowledge to instil trust and confidence.

· Lead Management: Effectively manage and follow up on showroom and phone leads, follow procedures and systems to ensure no opportunity is missed and conversion rates are maximised.

Who We're Looking For:

You're a self-motivated professional with a proven track record in luxury retail or sales. You excel at creating exceptional customer experiences while driving commercial results, and you thrive on taking ownership and accountability for your showroom. Your excellent communication skills allow you to build rapport with discerning customers both face-to-face and over the phone. You have the flexibility to manage multiple priorities, from showroom operations to phone sales support, while maintaining Bridgman's premium standards. Your attention to detail, proactive approach, and commitment to excellence ensure you uphold Bridgman's reputation while consistently exceeding targets. You understand that this role requires weekend availability during peak months to best serve our customers when they need us most.
