Reablement Support Worker 9123| Permanent hours contract | £13.68 to £14.58 per hour (Scale E)| Priory House, King's Lynn
Working pattern over two weeks including weekends and bank holidays.

Here at Norfolk First Response we work with a reablement ethos, working alongside people in their homes to make a positive difference. We aim to help them regain their previous abilities within 6 weeks following a period of ill health or change in circumstances and our Support Workers (Reablement) are a key part of that.

The vacant posts are as follows:
1 x 16.5 hours in King's Lynn and surrounding area
1 x 16.5 hours and 1 x 25.75 hours in Gayton, Swaffham and surrounding areas
1 x 16.5 hours in Hunstanton and surrounding areas
1 x 27.75 hours in our relief team covering all across West Norfolk.
These roles may also cover other areas of West Norfolk depending on the needs of the service. You will work a range of mornings (usually 7:30am to 1:30pm) and evenings (4pm to 8:30pm) with the hours averaged out over a two-week rota, enabling you to plan in advance to maintain a healthy work-life balance.
You need to be caring, empathetic and committed to making a difference to people's lives with the ability to easily commute to people's homes in West Norfolk so will need a full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
