About the Role

We're looking for a
Manual QA Engineer
to join a fast-paced, creative
digital agency
based in Central London. You'll work across a variety of exciting web and digital projects for high-profile clients, ensuring everything shipped is of the highest possible quality.

This role is ideal for someone who's meticulous, curious, and loves finding ways to make digital experiences bulletproof. You'll collaborate closely with developers, designers, and project managers to identify bugs, suggest improvements, and help deliver flawless products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Test web applications, websites, and digital products across multiple browsers and devices
  • Create, maintain, and execute detailed test plans and test cases
  • Log, track, and manage defects through to resolution
  • Perform regression, functional, usability, and cross-browser testing
  • Work closely with developers and PMs during sprint cycles to ensure timely and quality delivery
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide clear feedback to stakeholders
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and documentation

What You'll Bring

3+ years of experience as a Manual QA / Tester, ideally within fast-paced digital environment

Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes

Experience testing responsive web builds and CMS platforms

Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, TestRail, or similar

Knowledge of accessibility testing and SEO validation (bonus)
