About the role
Are you motivated by improving performance, strengthening governance, and supporting effective decision-making at a senior level? As Secretariat and Performance Manager, you will lead and coordinate the implementation and monitoring of the Department of Infrastructure's strategic and operational performance programmes, ensuring alignment with the Isle of Man Government's strategic direction.
You will also be accountable for delivering high-quality secretariat services that support the Department's corporate governance structures and decision-making framework. This role requires strong strategic thinking, attention to detail, and the confidence to operate effectively in a demanding environment, underpinned by professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
