Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Early Years Educator located in Feltham. The Early Years Educator will be responsible for planning and implementing lessons, fostering a positive learning environment, and supporting children's educational and social development. The role involves day-to-day interactions with children, participating in parent-teacher meetings, and collaborating with other educators to create an engaging curriculum.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Lesson Planning, Target Plans and Education is desired
  • Strong Communication and Teaching skills for Early Years Ages
  • Passion for working with young children and supporting their development including those with SEND
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and be adaptable to all age groups
  • Relevant early childhood education certifications are required. Level 2 with the disrespect to complete a level 3 OR a Level or higher. Any qualification gained outside of the UK will need to be verified and made relevant to the UK prior to application.
