- Passion for Fashion- You have a keenness to learn and develop your customer service skills and product knowledge while treating everyone who walks in the door like the VIP they are
- Fast is fabulous - you adapt to different tasks with energy, speed and enthusiasm
- Retail runway - with training provided you'll own the in-store presentation of our products, helping customers find the items they need and the extras they didn't know they needed
- Squad goals - You are flexible, supportive and contribute to a positive, busy working environment supporting key areas of the store including the cash areas and processing deliveries in the stockroom.
- Respect - Bringing it every day in every way with confidence and individuality. Listen first, recommend second; you'll make customers feel seen, heard and celebrated in their own skin
