ORTHODONTIC THERAPIST – CASA DENTAL GROUP

Casa Dental is expanding, and we are looking for a motivated Orthodontic Therapist to join our modern, cosmetic-led private practice. You'll work closely with our Dentists and Treatment Coordinator team to deliver high-quality clear aligner care while helping us provide exceptional patient experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Working under a dentist's prescription and within your GDC scope, you will provide:

• Clinical records: photos, scans, impressions
• Placing and removing clear-aligner attachments (as prescribed)
• Adjusting removable appliances, elastics, and clear aligner fit checks
• IPR (within your scope of practice)
• Retainer fitting and removal
• Advising patients on aligner compliance
• Updating Dentally and communicating with the Treatment Co-ordinator

What We're Looking For

• Qualified Orthodontic Therapist (GDC registered)
• Confident, friendly, and patient-focused
• Excellent communication and chairside manner
• Efficient with strong time management skills
• Comfortable working in a busy cosmetic/aligner environment
• Clear-aligner experience preferred
• Must hold and maintain their own clinical indemnity insurance (self-employed role)

Hours & Pay

• £45–£55 per hour (DOE)
• Self-employed position
• Mondays only (additional days may be available as demand increases)

Job Type: Part-time

Expected hours: No more than 8 per week
