A leading Consultancy is expanding and is looking for a CASS Audit Manager to join its growing team. This is an opportunity to work with a broad portfolio of major banks, broker dealers and asset managers, supporting high quality CASS assurance work in an environment that values expertise, development and progression. The role

  • Deliver Limited and Reasonable Assurance CASS audits, leading small teams and contributing to larger multi disciplinary engagements
  • Plan and deliver end to end audit work, including scoping, fieldwork and reporting
  • Provide technical guidance on the FCA's Client Assets Sourcebook and support internal teams on CASS related matters
  • Help shape client CASS frameworks by assessing controls, identifying enhancements and providing practical recommendations
  • Coach and mentor junior colleagues, supporting their development and capability
  • Contribute to proposals, workshops, industry events and other business development activity
  • Stay close to evolving regulatory expectations and support clients in adapting to change

What we are looking for

  • Experience in a CASS related function, ideally including external CASS audits
  • Strong knowledge of the FCA's Client Assets Sourcebook
  • Understanding of governance, control frameworks and risk management in financial services
  • Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills
  • Experience leading teams and delivering high quality outputs
  • Professional qualification such as ACA or ACCA preferred
