The Role
As a Planned Investment Team Leader, You'll

• Manage, coordinate and monitor our Planned Investment Programme, including budgeting.
• Work with colleagues across the Kingdom Group to gather, maintain and update data on our property assets
• Support the asset teams to manage and deliver the Kingdom Groups medical adaptations
• Analyse data to identify and implement service improvements and enhancements.

You will manage the Planned Investment Team, identify and action any learning and development needs of the team and any other duties in line with the business needs.

About You
We're looking for someone who:

• At least 3 years previous experience in a Technical role (i.e. someone in a similar role, Building surveyor, Quantity Surveyor or architectural background)
• Minimum of HND or equivalent in a relevant subject
• Strong knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks
