Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Executive Assistant with the majority of work being done from home, but with a requirement to visit Wilmslow, Cheshire for occasional meetings.

A small company you will be working in a very fast-paced environment were high level of organisation and strong attention to detail are critically important.

The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative assistance for the CEO and occasional support for the CTO and CFO.

The primary role is to support the leadership team administratively by there will also be an opportunity to get involved with other aspects of the business including:


• Sales & Marketing Support: Assist with prospect research, CRM updates, LinkedIn engagement, lead tracking, and preparing sales materials or proposals.


• Presentation & Deck Creation: Build and polish professional slide decks, investor materials, and client presentations in line with brand tone and messaging.


• Client Outreach & Coordination: Support outbound communication to clients and prospects — drafting emails, following up on leads, and scheduling demos or meetings.


• Administrative Operations: Manage email inbox, calendar, travel arrangements, and task scheduling to ensure your day runs efficiently.


• Documentation & Reporting: Organise meeting notes, maintain project trackers, and generate summary reports or updates for ongoing initiatives.


• Market Research & Target Planning: Research potential clients, industries, and geographic markets; build structured outreach plans and target lists to support business development.

Preferred Skills


• Highly organised, fast, and detail-oriented — thrives on structure and efficiency.


• Strong command of Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Slides, Sheets).


• Experience with HubSpot CRM or similar tools is a plus.


• Excellent written communication and proactive problem-solving skills.
