Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Planner to join our planning team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or grow their career in planning within a dynamic and supportive environment. You'll work closely with our planning team and cross-functional teams to support project scheduling, resource allocation, and performance tracking.

Your Purpose:

  • Assist in developing and maintaining project schedules using planning software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
  • Support the planning team in monitoring project progress and identifying potential risks or delays.
  • Prepare reports and dashboards to communicate schedule status to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other departments to gather planning data.
  • Help maintain accurate records of planning documentation and updates.
  • Participate in planning meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

What you can bring:

Essential:

  • Strong organisational and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • A keen interest in project planning and scheduling.

Desirable:

  • Experience or education in project management, construction, engineering, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with planning tools such as Primavera P6 or MS Project.
  • Understanding of project lifecycle and planning principles.
