Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across our premises, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment for all guests and staff. Previous experience in hotel or hospitality is preferable. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who take pride in their work and enjoy creating a positive impression through their attention to detail.

Duties

  • Clean and sanitise guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to established standards
  • Change bed linen, towels, and organise supplies as needed
  • Ensure all surfaces are dust-free and free of dirt or stains
  • Restock amenities such as toiletries, towels, and other essentials
  • Report any maintenance issues or damages to management promptly
  • Maintain the organisation of cleaning equipment and supplies
  • Assist with laundry duties when required
  • Adhere to organisational policies regarding hygiene and cleanliness standards

Skills

  • Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or hospitality preferred
  • Strong attention to detail with a keen eye for cleanliness
  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
  • Good organisational skills and time management abilities
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules
  • Excellent communication skills

This position is ideal for motivated individuals committed to delivering exceptional service in a professional environment.

Pay: £13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
