We're looking for somebody who understands that the right content can function as brand building, community building & marketing at the same time.

Someone who is energised at the idea of getting out of the office, finding amazing stories and meeting people - someone who is excited by capturing and finding creative ways of sharing those stories with the world.

You'll be in charge of growing and scaling our socials with meaningful, purposeful content - and you'll be fully supported through this. We want to make content that moves people and tells stories - we do not want the content to be exclusively about our product - we want to tell stories and take our viewers on journeys.

We have a lot of amazing ideas and great traction but unfortunately very little time to execute - you would have full ownership over this pillar of the business. We're looking for someone both proactive and creative, who wants to grow within the business and build a category defining brand through a unique content strategy.

Mosaic is all about the stories that our photos tell - and the stories behind the people who take those photos - this is a really exciting opportunity to build a brand around that through the content we create and share. The Role

We're looking for a
Head of Content & Community
- someone who can own and lead our content strategy across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Email, etc.), craft a voice people actually want to hear from, and build a loyal following around our brand.

What you'll do:

• Set the strategy:
  Define and execute a cross-channel content and brand playbook.
• Own the calendar:
  Plan, publish, and iterate on regular content that speaks to our community and mission.
• Create and curate:
  Work with internal and external creators (writers, designers, videographers) to bring ideas to life.
• Build a brand people love:
  You're not just posting - you're storytelling, engaging, educating, and sparking conversation.
• Measure and iterate:
  Use insights to learn what's working and refine accordingly.
• Collaborate deeply:
  Work directly with the founder and wider team on marketing, partnerships, and product launches.

We think you'll be great if:

• You've led or played a key role in content strategy at a startup, creative agency, or media brand.
• You know how to tailor content to different platforms (especially TikTok, IG, and LinkedIn).
• You're excited to build from scratch and don't mind rolling your sleeves up.
• You're comfortable with editing softwares like CapCut or similar
• You can think like a strategist but execute like a creator.
• You believe in the power of community and storytelling over hard selling.
• You care about building something meaningful - not just clickbait.
