Our client, a highly respected law firm in Maidstone, offers a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive team, handle quality caseloads, and enjoy real prospects for professional growth.
The Opportunity
Location:
Maidstone, Kent (office-based with flexible/hybrid working considered)
Salary:
£45,000–£55,000 per annum
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm
You'll be part of a modern, collaborative firm that values your expertise and offers the chance to build strong client relationships while developing your skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage your own caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to completion
- Liaise with clients, agents, lenders, and other solicitors
- Draft and review contracts, transfer deeds, and associated documents
- Conduct title checks, searches, and due diligence
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and firm standards
What We're Looking For
- 3–6 years' experience
in residential conveyancing (PQE or equivalent) - Proven UK private practice experience
- Strong technical knowledge
of property law and conveyancing procedures - Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confident communicator with a client-focused approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Relevant legal qualification
(Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer, or equivalent)
