Our staff team are very supportive and experienced and also provide some support with:

• Medication administration

• Cooking and home maintenance

• Social support and support to achieve personal goals

• Managing the finances of the people we support

Our team provide support 7 days a week, so we ask for flexibility to work a variety of shifts from Monday-Sunday and this will include some sleepover shifts. Our shift patterns can vary from 730 am - 10 pm and we have some Sleepover shifts

We are recruiting for relief staff or a small 7 hour contract.

We know it takes a special person to work in social care and we recognise that not everyone that would be perfect for the role, will have professional experience. This is why we're really passionate about recruiting to individuals' values and we recruit people from all walks of life; From people with vast experience in a support worker or care assistant role, from people with lived experiences who may have friends or relatives with disabilities or have looked after older relatives, to people with no experience at all.
