Finance & Fleet Assistant

Are you organised, proactive, and ready to take on a role that's never boring? MiCiM is looking for a Finance & Fleet Assistant to join our busy team. This is a unique opportunity to combine financial administration with hands-on fleet management, supporting our operations across the UK and Europe.

About the role:

Finance Support

  • Accurately code and process supplier invoices
  • Reconcile and process employee expenses
  • Liaise with suppliers and colleagues to resolve invoice queries
  • Perform daily bank reconciliations
  • Manage purchasing and create purchase orders
  • Generate invoices and assist with credit control

Fleet Management

  • Maintain MOT and tax records for company vehicles
  • Update tracking information and ensure vehicles are serviced
  • Deliver and collect fleet vehicles (including occasional European travel)
  • Arrange repairs, upgrades, and hire cars for staff
  • Support Directors and PMO with ad hoc logistics and deliveries

About you:

  • A quick learner who can think on their feet and get things moving
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Clean UK driving licence
  • EU/UK passport and willingness to travel (including some overnight stays)
