We've partnered with a fast-growing, Private Equity–backed SaaS company based in Central London that's looking to hire a Senior AI/ML Engineer.

The company is scaling rapidly, now with 100+ people in tech across London and the US, and recently brought on a Director of AI Engineering to drive innovation. They're building a next-generation, AI-driven asset management platform, leveraging Large Language Models, AI-powered search, and scalable ML architecture to deliver genuinely transformative solutions for their industry.

What you'll be doing

As a Senior AI/ML Engineer, you'll play a key role in designing and deploying production-grade machine learning systems that impact thousands of users worldwide.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Developing and training ML models powering intelligent search, tagging, and recommendation systems
  • Collaborating with engineers and data scientists to integrate ML seamlessly into the platform
  • Building scalable pipelines and contributing to the company's MLOps frameworks
  • Exploring the latest in LLMs, embeddings, and multimodal AI to shape new product capabilities

What they're looking for in you:

  • Strong experience in applied ML or AI engineering, ideally with full-stack or backend development background
  • Proficiency in Python and experience with frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow
  • Experience deploying ML models into production
  • Familiarity with MLOps tools and cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
  • A genuine interest in using AI to solve real-world problems
