Service Manager – Supported Living (Tottenham)

Location: Tottenham, London

About the Role

We're looking for a passionate and experienced Service Manager to lead our supported living service in Tottenham. This is a rewarding role for someone who thrives on making a difference — helping adults with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs live independently and enjoy fulfilling lives.

You'll oversee day-to-day operations, support and develop your team, and ensure our service continues to deliver high-quality, person-centred care in line with CQC standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support staff to deliver safe, person-centred care.
  • Oversee daily operations, staffing, and budgets for the service.
  • Ensure compliance with CQC and local authority requirements.
  • Build effective working relationships with families, professionals, and the wider community.
  • Conduct regular staff supervisions, appraisals, and training.
  • Maintain accurate records, care plans, and risk assessments.
  • Support service users in achieving independence, wellbeing, and inclusion.
  • Manage rotas and ensure appropriate staffing levels.
  • Handle incidents, complaints, and quality audits effectively.
  • Promote a positive, safe, and empowering environment for all.

About You

  • QCF Level 4 (or equivalent) in Health & Social Care.
  • Experience supervising or managing staff in a supported living or care setting.
  • Strong knowledge of the Mental Capacity Act and DoLS.
  • Confident in medication management and safeguarding procedures.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
  • Flexible, compassionate, and committed to person-centred support.
  • First Aid at Work qualification (or willingness to train).
