THE GOAL
Driving KellyDeli's Sushi Daily and Happy Tokyo brands forward through inspirational and effective marketing and digital acquisition.

The Marketing Assistant will support the UK team on the development of the core Kelly Deli brands across our marketing channels, through best in class campaign and content creation and implementation. This position plays a crucial role in helping drive the overall strategy forward and ensuring a best-in-class customer experience, with a focus on excellent retail execution & online support. You will be passionate about the effectiveness of marketing and inspire continuous improvement within the team and partners through competitor reviews and campaign analysis.

WORKING RELATIONSHIPS
Department – UK Marketing

Reporting to – UK Marketing Manager

Working with – Working with the local team (Operations, Commercial, Supply Chain etc.) and Group Marketing team and external agencies.

Core Responsibilities
The Marketing Assistant will be instrumental in the execution of the UK's local marketing strategy and the delivery of all 360-degree campaigns. This role requires a blend of hands-on campaign execution, digital oversight, stakeholder coordination, and performance analysis.

Campaign Management & Execution

  • Execute the annual marketing plan for the local market, actively participating in campaigns and projects to ensure marketing excellence.
  • Coordinate and deliver 360-degree campaigns, including in-store elements such as Point of Sale (POS) materials, visual merchandising, and new product implementation.
  • Manage the development and delivery of all local marketing collateral for product launches, campaigns, store openings, and new retail concepts (e.g., vitrines, kiosks).
  • Support the marketing mix elements locally, coordinating with all internal and external stakeholders, including third-party agencies, retailers, and partners.

Digital Ecosystem & Customer Loyalty

  • Own the local digital ecosystem, including the CRM program, Loyalty initiatives, and the brand app.
  • Assist in the growth and development of the CRM program, working with the global team on the email marketing plan.
  • Support the relationship and execution of marketing activities with delivery aggregators (e.g., Deliveroo, Just Eat).
  • Collaborate with the wider marketing team to create engaging, customer-focused campaign content across all channels.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Commercial Support

  • Work closely with the local Operations team to support their commercial objectives by providing appropriate tools, materials, and presentations.
  • Manage, coordinate, and brief all third-party agencies to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Contribute to the development of the overall local marketing strategy.
  • Participate in Country or Cross-country projects where necessary.

Analysis & Reporting

  • Review and analyse the performance of all marketing campaigns, sharing clear insights with the wider marketing team.
  • Analyse campaign impact on sales and wider business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyse market and competitor marketing activity, including a focus on their marketing mix (Product, Price, Promotion, Place), customer reviews, and digital strategies, to identify opportunities and threats.

  • Fluent in spoken and written English. A second European language is a bonus
