Your job role will include:

·
Preparing food – labelling & stocking all
ingredients; washing and chopping vegetables; cutting meat; and undertaking
basic cooking duties

·
Helping run the food service

·
Following close down procedure at the end of shift to ensure
safety of equipment and security of produce is maintained

Able to work with the Head Chef and Sous to
deliver delicious food to a high standardLevel 3 Health and Safety
Qualification with a thorough understanding on food safety, COSHH, and
H&SKeeping the kitchen cleanliness to a
high standard and keeping kitchen compliance up to date
