Orrsum currently design, supply, promote & distribute for a number of licenced global brands and own label brands.

Reporting to the product development manager, you will manage processing of packaging samples through the development and production processes. Communicate with vendors actions and timings and track adjustments made throughout weekly approvals.

  • Co-ordinate tech packs at points of contract issue and ensure these are shared with the manufacturing factory within the designated timeline.
  • Act as point of contact for the manufacturing factory and internal packaging design team to ensure that all comments are issued queries dealt with in a timely manner according to the critical path timeframe.
  • Ensure that packaging pre-production samples are distributed to the packaging design time and ensure that comments / approvals are issued back to the manufacturing factory within the agreed timeline to ensure that critical path dates are maintained.
  • Ensure that all packaging files and samples are stored according to the agreed process.
  • Communicate with packaging design and merchandise department to ensure that all packaging aspects required for approval are submitted and processed in accordance to the production critical path.
  • Track FSC numbers and packaging certifications from manufacturing factories and ensure that details are logged in accordance with business compliance process.
  • Work with the product development manager to build customer CP's.
