We're excited to announce an opportunity for an experienced Phlebotomist to become part of our well-established private GP practice near Tonbridge and Sevenoaks. If you're skilled, professional, and looking for a welcoming team environment, we'd love to hear from you

This part-time role requires availability for 2- 5 sessions per week. Sessions are 3-4 hours in length on weekdays/Saturday morning.

About You

We're looking for someone who:

  • Possesses excellent phlebotomy skills, with a recognised phlebotomy qualification and extensive experience in this role.
  • Holds a full UK driving licence.
  • Health Care Assistant skills and experience in a General Practice setting are also desirable - such as carrying out ECGs, spirometry, blood pressure readings etc

You'll need to be confident in your abilities, compassionate in your approach, and committed to delivering high quality care to our patients.

What the Role Involves

As part of our professional and friendly team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Phlebotomy – taking blood samples with confidence and precision.
  • Assisting with clinical audits to help maintain and improve patient care standards.
  • Supporting the smooth running of clinics, including preparing rooms and equipment.
  • Updating and maintaining accurate patient records.
  • If possible also carrying out HCA duties such as ECGs, assisting with health checks (weight, BMI, blood pressure), wound care, fitting 24 hour blood pressure monitors etc
