We are pleased to announce that we will soon be offering new shifts at Nature's Way Foods We're looking for a proactive and driven Manufacturing Operative to join our fast-paced team at Nature's Way Foods (Drayton site). In this hands-on role, you'll be at the heart of our production process- ensuring our machinery runs smoothly, customer orders are met to high standards, and safety always comes first. Shift pattern
Your shifts will be scheduled Monday to Friday 9am-5pm at our Drayton site.

Responsibilities
- Operating of specialised production machinery, ensuring each machine is running effectively and safely at all times.
- Supervising Production Operatives and agency staff working on site.
- Ensuring Health & Safety guidelines/procedures are being adhered to at all times, reporting near misses & any accidents or incidents when they occur.
- Ensuring our customer orders are met to our high standards of quality.
- Reporting any Out of Spec Products/Machinery issues/Non-Conformances to Line Manager promptly.
