bestpeople helps startups hire through trusted recommendations. We work with experienced founders, operators, and investors who connect us with great talent for high-growth companies.

The Role

We're looking for Startup Experts who match great people with great opportunities. It's a fractional, flexible role, about 5 minutes a week, where you refer people from your network to startup roles.

When someone you recommend gets hired, you earn a $5k–$10k success fee.
