What You'll Be Doing

As a Trainee Sales Manager, you'll begin by mastering the fundamentals of our sales approach, understanding our clients, and developing strong communication and customer-facing skills. From there, you'll progress into leadership responsibilities including team coaching, daily performance management, and contributing to strategy.

  • Starting at the foundation level to learn our systems, clients, and standards
  • Supporting management with daily team performance, coaching, and strategy
  • Leading by example and setting the pace for junior team members
  • Developing skills in sales, recruitment, team building, training, and operations
  • Taking on increasing responsibility as you show consistency and leadership
