About the Role:

We're looking for a motivated Trainee Property Sourcer to join our dynamic team. In this entry-level, commission-based position, you'll gain hands-on experience identifying and securing rental properties ideal for short-term serviced accommodation.

Your day-to-day will involve cold calling, prospecting, and building strong relationships with landlords and letting agents. You'll play a vital role in educating property owners on the benefits of partnering with us, helping them understand the value of serviced accommodation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source rental properties suitable for serviced accommodation through cold calling, networking, and outreach.
  • Build and maintain relationships with landlords, letting agents, and property managers.
  • Present and explain the advantages of serviced accommodation to property owners.
  • Evaluate potential properties to ensure they meet company standards.
  • Work closely with the internal team to qualify leads and ensure a smooth transition of sourced properties.
