Claydon Care Services is looking for a CQC Registered Manager to join our new branch in Dorset. Our mission is to provide high-quality, person-centered care to individuals who require assistance to maintain their independence in the comfort of their own homes in the Dorset area. As part of their expansion, we are seeking a Domiciliary Care Manager who is ready to take on the challenge of becoming the Registered Manager for our new branch.
Key Responsibilities of the Domiciliary Care Manager :
- CQC Registration: Taking responsibility for registering with the Care Quality Commission (CQC), ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintaining the highest standards of care.
- Team Leadership: Overseeing a dedicated team of care professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure the delivery of exceptional care.
- Service Development: Continuously improving and expanding our services to meet the evolving needs of our clients, maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
- Compliance: Ensuring strict adherence to all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations, with a focus on delivering safe and effective care.
- Client Engagement: Building strong relationships with clients and their families, ensuring their needs and preferences are met, and any concerns are addressed promptly.
Package and Remuneration on offer for this Domiciliary Care Registered Manager role:
- Competitive Salary: £29,000 - £36,000, a commission structure in place.

Qualifications and Requirements:
- A background in Domiciliary Care Management, with a proven track record of successful leadership.
- Eligibility for CQC registration as a Registered Manager, or the willingness to obtain such registration.
- Knowledge of CQC regulations and care standards.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
- Compassion, empathy, and dedication to providing the highest quality care.
- A driving license and access to a vehicle for travel within the Wiltshire area.
- Able to live and work freely in the UK without sponsorship or Visa restrictions.
