We're looking for a Practice Lead to take ownership of project delivery excellence and lead a team of Project Managers delivering Networking, Security, Data Centre, Cloud, and Applications projects. You will be responsible for ensuring we continue to deliver outstanding results to our client base.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and line manage a team of Project Managers, ensuring successful delivery of customer engagements.
  • Take full commercial and contractual responsibility for project outcomes.
  • Drive assurance, governance, and customer satisfaction across all engagements.
  • Foster a high-performance culture through talent development, succession planning, and effective performance management.
  • Manage team operations and financial performance to meet targets and improve productivity.
  • Continuously evolve and innovate the Practice's capabilities to align with business strategy.
  • Support business growth by developing competitive, standardised, and market-relevant propositions.
  • Provide thought leadership and subject matter expertise across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Deliver programmes within contracted service accounts, ensuring quality and consistency 

What You'll Need

  • Recent experience leading the delivery of large-scale projects and programmes, ideally within a professional services organisation.
  • Proven ability to deliver business growth
  • Strong commercial acumen and experience managing project and practice financials and governance.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop individuals and teams.
  • A passion for continuous improvement and innovation in service delivery.
    Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience collaborating with sales, service delivery, and service development teams.
  • Experience with Networking & Security, Datacentre and/or Cloud & Applications technologies would be an advantage
