This is a rare and exciting opportunity for an experienced pensions professional to step into a SIPP Manager role within a highly respected provider during a key transitional phase. You'll take the lead in managing and reconciling SIPP portfolios while supporting the successful transfer of client accounts to new operators.

Role OverviewAs the SIPP Manager, you will:
- Oversee a portfolio of SIPP accounts, ensuring accurate administration and client satisfaction.
- Manage the end-to-end reconciliation and transfer of SIPPs to new providers.
- Handle complex cases, including those involving commercial property or other specialist assets.
- Deliver exceptional service across processes such as drawdowns, death benefits, disinvestments, and crystallisation splits.
- Liaise with multiple stakeholders — including clients, IFAs, and internal teams — to ensure smooth case management.
- Provide leadership and guidance to junior colleagues, promoting continuous improvement across processes.
You'll bring:
- Extensive experience in SIPP and/or SSAS administration at a senior level.
- Strong technical knowledge of UK pensions legislation and regulatory frameworks.
- Proven experience managing pension transfers and reconciliations.
- Exceptional organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- The ability to mentor and support team members in a collaborative environment.
