What we're looking for

  • Proven experience leading
    Michelin-standard or five-star hotel kitchens
  • Mastery across
    menu development, brigade leadership, and multi-outlet operations
  • Ability to craft unforgettable dining journeys while maintaining exacting cost and quality standards
  • A leadership style that inspires creativity, discipline, and pride
  • Global perspective, adaptability, and the confidence to represent a luxury brand at the highest level

Ideal backgrounds

  • Executive Chef, Group Executive Chef, or Culinary Director within luxury hotels, resorts, or high-end restaurant groups
  • International experience (Europe, Middle East, Caribbean, Asia, or Indian Ocean regions especially valued)
  • Exposure to pre-opening, rebranding, or concept development projects
