Join a leading social care provider as a Senior Support Worker, working with adults who have disabilities and challenging behaviours in a supportive and tight-knit team. This opportunity, based in Hereford, offers competitive pay of £ £14.90 per hour with a commitment to a 4% pay rise in April, as well as shift work including alternating weekend shifts with 8 hour pre-planned shifts up to a year in advance.

Skills and Experience:

  • At least two years of care experience, particularly with individuals who have learning and/or physical disabilities is preferred.
  • Passion for providing high-quality care and support

Qualifications:

  • Level 3 in health or social care, or a Level 2 and willingness to study towards a Level 3 qualification upon appointment.
  • All new staff will receive a welcome bonus of up to £250 upon successful completion of their probation.
