About This Role
As a Benefits Rewards Analyst in the Reward Design Team, you will be responsible for developing, analysing and building plans/policies to maximise employee engagement whilst helping drive organisational success.
In this role you will work closely with cross-functional teams, HR & Reward partners, and leadership to provide data-driven insights and recommendations to enhance our reward strategy.
These are some of the key components to the position:
- Bring expert knowledge and maintain a robust understanding of the changing market trends relating to (but not limited to) benefits and its interaction with the wider reward strategy
- Working with key stakeholders and the wider reward and design team to develop, communicate and implement our reward strategy
- Analyse data/feedback to identify trends, gaps, opportunities for improvement and translate this analysis into digestible insights and presentations for senior management
- Design and implement plans and policies to drive employee engagement and organisational success.
- Collaborate with HR colleagues and business leaders to align reward strategies with business goals.
- Build engaging communication plans for reward plans and policies
What will you bring to the table?
- Analytical and solution oriented, interpreting data and using insights to build logical storytelling to drive decision-making
- Experience with analysing, reporting and processing confidential employee information
- Strong stakeholder management skills with internal stakeholders and external vendors
- Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to influence and partner with different internal and external stakeholders at various levels
- Self-motivated and passionate about collaborating and participating in different projects when needed
- Ability to juggle priorities with ease and know how to manage and make trade-offs when needed
- Demonstrable project management skills
