Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and passionate Senior Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hair styling (minimum 5 years on the shop floor as a senior stylist), with the ability to provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for clients. As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality hair services while also contributing to the overall success of the salon through effective team player and client engagement.

Duties

  • Provide a range of hair services including cutting, modern colouring, and styling , for both men & women, to meet client needs.
  • Perform hairdressing services as required, ensuring precision and attention to detail.
  • Engage with clients to understand their preferences and provide tailored recommendations.
  • Assist with front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and managing client inquiries.
  • Upsell products and services to clients, enhancing their experience while contributing to salon revenue.
  • Good team player
  • Maintain a clean and organised work environment, adhering to health and safety standards.

Skills

  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively convey ideas and instructions.
  • Proficiency in barbering techniques is preferred but not essential.
  • Proven ability in upselling products and services while maintaining client satisfaction. Join us in creating beautiful transformations while providing an exceptional salon experience
  • Fitting well in the team as well as good with customer relations

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £26,500.00-£40,000.00 per year
