We're looking for an experienced Stock Control Manager to bring structure, accuracy and accountability to our inventory operations.

The Role

You'll take full ownership of stock control across our warehouse and distribution network ensuring our inventory is accurate, well-managed and fully aligned with purchasing and finance teams.

This is an on-site and hands-on role where you'll identify issues, improve processes and help the business run more efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate stock records across warehouse and internal transfers.
  • Lead weekly and monthly stock counts and investigate variances.
  • Manage returns, adjustments and internal stock movements.
  • Work closely with purchasing, sales, warehouse and finance teams.
  • Implement improved stock control processes and reporting systems.
  • Identify root causes of stock discrepancies and drive corrective actions.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in stock control, inventory or warehouse management.
  • Strong organisation and problem-solving skills.
  • Confident using ERP/WMS systems (Cin7, Brightpearl, or similar).
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive, hands-on approach.
