Requirements
Skills, Knowledge, Aptitude
Essential
- Competent Literacy and Numeracy
- Excellent communication skills
- Understanding of people's rights
- Flexibility and reliability
- Enthusiasm, motivation and commitment to working with young individuals and those with learning disabilities or challenging behaviours
- Committed to working in a person-centred way
- Ability to travel to different sites and transport young people where required
- Desirable
- Knowledge of the Health and Social Care Act and the Reach Standard
- Experience in a similar field
- Qualifications and Training
Desirable
- NVQ level 3, or Diploma in Health and Social Care.
