What to expect

As an SEO Manager you will join us on our journey and undertake a truly valuable role responsible for developing and executing strategies that maximise organic search.

You will play a pivotal part in improving search engine rankings, optimising content and aligning SEO efforts with broader marketing and business objectives to increase brand awareness, customer engagement and revenue.

You will proactively participate in the delivery of functional strategy and commercial objectives, always modelling appropriate behaviour and demonstrating a customer first mindset.

What you'll need to succeed

You will be an experienced SEO or digital marketing professional, ideally with experience within a regulated entity. In addition to this, you will:

  • Possess first-class communication skills with the ability to collaborate and influence
  • Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors and SEO tools
  • Proficiency in web analytics platforms and SEO software (e.g. SEMRUSH, GA4, Screaming Frog, Moz)
  • Have experience with CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress, Shopify0 and basic HTML/CSS
