Job Description

Join Legal & General as a Channel Marketing Executive and play a key role in shaping and delivering impactful marketing initiatives across Europe. You'll collaborate with diverse teams to strengthen our brand presence and drive growth in key markets including Italy, Germany, Switzerland, and the Netherlands. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive, commercially minded individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll be doing:

  • Supporting the planning and delivery of strategic marketing programmes across European markets
  • Managing end-to-end execution of targeted brand, engagement and lead generation campaigns
  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams including PR, content, digital and events
  • Developing and maintaining sales enablement materials and product collateral
  • Monitoring budgets and managing invoices in line with internal processes
  • Tracking campaign KPIs and reporting insights to optimise future activity
  • Researching competitor campaigns and recommending enhancements
  • Ensuring compliance with brand, regulatory and data protection standards
Qualifications

Who we're looking for:

  • Degree-level education or equivalent experience
  • 2–3 years' experience in asset management or financial services marketing
  • Strong project management and multi-tasking skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships and communicate effectively
  • Knowledge of digital and offline marketing channels and campaign planning
  • Commercial awareness and creativity in delivering impactful campaigns
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and advertising standards
  • Language skills in German or Italian (Native)
