We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Benefits Administrator to join our Employee Benefits team. The successful candidate will be responsible for working with clients managing their employee benefits programmes, maintaining accurate data records, and ensuring seamless communication.

The Benefits Administrator will play a vital part in supporting our clients employees' wellbeing and ensuring compliance with relevant policies and regulations.

Duties

  • Manage and administer our clients employee benefits programmes.
  • Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance of employee benefit records within our back office systems.
  • Coordinate benefits enrolment, changes, and terminations in compliance with client policies and legal requirements.
  • Provide clear communication to employees regarding benefits options, updates, and procedures through various channels.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and internal departments to resolve benefit-related queries efficiently.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and analytics related to benefits utilisation and programme effectiveness.
  • Support the onboarding process by ensuring new employees are informed about their benefits entitlements.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information at all times while adhering to data protection regulations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in human resources or administrative roles, preferably within benefits administration.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
  • Proficiency in data entry and record keeping.
  • Organised with strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all aspects of benefits administration.
  • Ability to work independently whilst collaborating effectively within a team environment.
  • Prior experience with administrative tasks related to human resources is advantageous.
