Are you passionate about making education accessible for every learner?
We're looking for a dedicated ALS Co-ordinator to lead and develop our Additional Learning Support provision, ensuring that every student receives the support they need to thrive.
This role is central to ensuring that learners with additional needs receive timely, effective, and well-coordinated support throughout their educational journey.
You will require experience of supporting Additional Learning Support / SEND Provision and of supporting events to promote community engagement. You should also have a proven knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Microsoft Teams and an understanding of safeguarding vulnerable groups.
You should be educated to at least A-Level/NVQ 3 standard or have equivalent experience with Level 2 literacy and numeracy or willingness to work towards these qualifications within 2 years.
