About this opportunity:

We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and creative Events Manager to lead the planning and execution of our B2B event strategy across Europe. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our presence at industry trade shows, organising customer-facing events, and ensuring we have strategic visibility at relevant industry gatherings.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, service, marketing, and leadership to ensure every event supports our commercial goals, strengthens our brand, and enhances client relationships.

What you will do:

  • Develop and execute an annual events calendar aligned with marketing and commercial objectives
  • Research and evaluate trade shows and industry events across Europe for potential participation
  • Lead end-to-end planning for trade show participation including booth design, logistics, staffing, lead capture, and ROI reporting.
  • Plan and execute customer events such as roundtables, networking receptions, executive dinners, and partner-led experiences.
  • Collaborate with sales and account teams to ensure relevant client engagement.
  • Coordinate internal team attendance at key industry events, ensuring clear objectives and consistent brand representation.
  • Report on the events budget, ensuring all activities are delivered on time and within budget.

The skills you bring:

  • 7-10 years of experience in an events management role, preferably in a B2B or technology-focused environment.
  • Proven track record in organising trade shows, customer events, and industry conferences across multiple European markets.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple events simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and vendor negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency with event management tools, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Pardot/ Account Engagement) is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel across Europe as required, on average once a quarter.
