Job Summary

We are an independent Insurance Broker who arrange and administer Insurance Policies for Businesses (primarily) and individuals. We have access to most of the UK Insurance market and look after customers all over the UK.

The successful candidate would be based in our small but busy offices in Banstead, Surrey.

We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused Trainee Insurance Broker to join our team.

Once initially trained, duties will include:

• Dealing with incoming and outgoing Post
• Inbound and Outbound Telephone Calls
• Communicating with clients and Insurance Companies
• Data entry onto our bespoke systems for the purposes of Insurance Quotations
• Scanning
• Assisting colleagues with their workloads

Qualifications:

• Math's and English GSCE Grade 4 or above
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English
• Experience of Windows/Microsoft Office based software
• Must be able to commute to Banstead, Surrey

Hours of work:

• Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm with an hour for lunch
• No weekend requirement

Job Type: Apprenticeship

Pay: £15,000.00 per year
