Customer Service Representative – Join the UK's No.1 Composite Door Manufacturer
Location: Hull – Hedon Road
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM (45-minute lunch)
Salary: £26,000 per year (currently £24,000 - due to increase April 1st)
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Due to our continued growth, we're looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our dynamic team
Your Role
As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing outstanding support and ensuring they receive the information they need.
Handle inbound customer enquiries – ETA updates, product details & general support via phone and email
Make outbound calls – following up with existing customers, product updates on orders, and chasing queries on orders/quotes
Engage with trade customers & end users – providing top-tier service and product advice
Manage customer emails professionally using Outlook
Use our CRM system to log communications and track customer interactions
Collaborate with Sales Reps to log and pass on valuable leads
General admin duties – filing, logging post & maintaining accurate records

Strong organisational skills – ability to juggle tasks and prioritise effectively
Excellent verbal & written communication – confident handling calls & emails
Positive & proactive attitude – self-motivated with a can-do approach
Great problem-solving skills – able to handle queries and complaints professionally
Tech-savvy – comfortable using Microsoft Office & analysing data on spreadsheets
Team player – can work independently but also collaborate with others
Positive approach - to work, the team, and customers
