What We're Looking For

You'll bring extensive knowledge of care sector training requirements, along with a track record of implementing innovative, person-centred learning solutions that make a measurable impact.

What you'll bring:

Proven expertise in designing, delivering, and evaluating impactful training within health or social care settings Confidence in leading and evolving an L&D function to align with organisational goals and regulatory standards A strategic mindset combined with hands-on experience in training delivery and leadership development A collaborative approach that inspires engagement and builds trust across teams Experience managing a Learning Management System (LMS) – knowledge of Your Hippo is a real advantage A genuine passion for nurturing talent and fostering a culture of continuous learning Flexibility and mobility – a driver with access to a vehicle for travel across our registered locations

What You'll Do

• Lead the development and delivery of our organisational learning strategy
• Oversee the L&D team and ensure compliance with sector standards
• Drive innovation in training design and delivery, including digital learning solutions
• Collaborate with operational leaders to embed learning into everyday practice
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of training to ensure measurable outcomes
