We're a multi-brand site, representing Ford, Mazda, and Changan, and we're looking for enthusiastic and skilled Technicians to join our growing team. Whether you're an IMI Level 3 Technician, Master Technician, Commercial Technician, or interested in our Triage Technician role, there's a place for you at Sandicliffe.

Your Work Schedule Options

Choose the pattern that best suits your lifestyle:

• Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1 in 4 Saturdays, 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM overtime)

OR

• Tuesday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1 in 4 Saturdays, 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM overtime)

What You'll Do

• Carry out vehicle maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs to manufacturer and MOT standards.
• Perform electronic Vehicle Health Checks (eVHC) with accurate reports and recommendations.
• Conduct pre- and post-service inspections to ensure quality and safety.
• Source and order parts efficiently to complete jobs on time.
• Complete final testing and quality checks to manufacturer standards.
• Maintain accurate job records in line with company and compliance policies.
• Mentor apprentices and share your expertise with junior colleagues.
• Participate in ongoing EV and manufacturer training to develop your skills.

What You'll Bring

• Level 3 IMI Vehicle Technician qualification (or equivalent).
• Full UK driving licence.
• Experience in a main dealer or independent garage (multi-brand experience an advantage).
• Strong attention to detail and diagnostic capability.
• Excellent communication skills – able to explain technical information clearly.
• Time management and the ability to work safely and efficiently.
